Do I need to create a ‘The Foundry Design’ account to order online?

You can shop with The Foundry Design without creating an account by selecting ‘check out as guest’. However when you register with us and log into your account, you’ll enjoy the following benefits: receive updates about New Arrivals, Exclusive Previews, Offers and Promotions

Can I make changes, amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders after they have been placed. However, we may be able to cancel your existing order, after which a new order can be placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Foundry Design uses ‘Worldpay’ online payment system, the UK’s leading payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.

Is it safe to shop with The Foundry Design online?

Yes, it is safe to shop with us. We use ‘Worldpay’ online payment system, one of the U.K’s leading payment providers. Worldpay is PCI DSS Compliant, and has additional fraud screening features.

Do any tax charges apply?

All shipments from The Foundry Design to countries outside the EU, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means if you order from our site for delivery outside the EU including Switzerland or Norway, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when your delivery reaches the destination.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and admin fees incurred, therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order

Do I need to obtain proof of posting for my return?

The Foundry Design offers free U.K Returns. Simply complete the pre-paid Returns Form enclosed, and take to your local Post Office Branch. It is advisable to retain proof of posting for your Return.
